University of Health Sciences, Trabzon Ahi Evren Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Education and Research Hospital serves with its relevant branches in the district of Soğuksu, Trabzon, being the sole hospital of its type in the region.
Our hospital consists of 2 main sections, A and B blocks. Total closed area of our institution is 21.472 m2 and total open area is 22.450 m2. A block was used as a Chest Diseases Hospital in 1956 and B Block was built in 1974 and served as a Faculty of Medicine for a while. In 2008, B Block was restored and opened as Cardiovascular Surgery Education and Research Hospital. The two hospitals have been merged since 2009 in the name of ”Health Sciences University Ahi Evren Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Education and Research Hospital
Our institution has 200 bed capacity.
Ahi Evren Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital of the University of Health Sciences offers both medical and infrastructure services at full capacity.
